What to expect

• All levels welcome: Whether your brand new to gymnastics or looking to polish existing skills, our supportive coaches will help you set and achieve your personal goals.

• Expert coaching: Led by our Head Coaches, nationally qualified in Women's Artistic, Tumbling and Aerobic Gymnastics - so whatever your interest, there's something for you. 

• Warm up & Open gym: Everyone warms up together, then you'll have the freedom to train on the equipment excites you the most - or follow the direction of our coaches if there's something specific you'd like to work on. 

• Excellent Facilities: Train on our Olympic-standard bars, beam, floor, vault, 12m fast track and competition-standard tumbling track! We even have a little bit of history as the club holds mats used at the Paris 2024 Olympics!

• For those keep to push further, there are opportunities to compete at the British Gymnastics Adult Championships. 

 

Key information

• If you decide to join us, you'll need a British Gymnastics membership which covers your participation insurance in the event of accident or injury. You will not need this for your first session. 

• All jewellery will need to be removed for classes, this includes necklaces, earrings, rings etc...

• Long hair will need to be tied up into a lazy bun.

 

Parking

• You can park directly outside our Unit

• You can park along Chancel Close

• You can park in our small car park in the corner of the estate - Google Maps

• Please do not park in bays designated for other businesses, and do not block the flow of traffic along Chancel Close.
