Cheltenham & Gloucester Gymnastics Club are always looking for motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join our growing coaching team. Ideally, you will already have a qualification/experience in coaching children, however, we will consider exceptional unqualified candidates who are looking for a career in gymnastics coaching.
Full training will be provided and the club is keen to invest in candidates looking to progress in their career by way of British Gymnastics coaching qualifications.

Ability to communicate effectively with gymnasts, coaches, parents and other members of staff

Ability to understand the learning process and training principles

Ability to motivate and assist gymnasts to develop new skills safely

Good time management skills and punctuality

Basic maths and English (to GCSE level)
Desirable Qualifications

British Gymnastics recognised coaching qualification - Level 1+

First Aid at work/Paediatric First Aid
