We’re absolutely thrilled to celebrate our amazing gymnast Ayla, who competed at the Performance 1 National Grade Finals last weekend! After earning her spot back in April to represent the South West, Ayla travelled up to Fenton Manor alongside her dedicated coach, Georgia, to take on the best in the country.
Facing a highly competitive field of 55 gymnasts, Ayla rose to the occasion and delivered strong, composed routines across all apparatus. But the highlight of the weekend? Ayla finished FIRST on bars, earning the title of National Bar Champion! Her bar routine was nothing short of spectacular, scoring a massive 14.000 – a reflection of her talent, precision, and the incredible hard work she and Coach Georgia have put in over many months.

Ayla’s impressive performances also contributed to a strong team showing, with the South West team finishing 4th out of 14 regions, just shy of the bronze medal. Still, it's an outstanding result and a testament to the strength and spirit of the team.

We are so proud of Ayla and Coach Georgia – your dedication, passion, and perseverance have paid off in the best possible way. This is a huge milestone and a moment to remember. Well done, champions!
