Double Podium Triumph for Our Aerobic Gymnastics Trios at the Southern Region Championships!

We are thrilled to share some fantastic news from the Aerobic Southern Region Championships, held this past Sunday — our incredible Aerobic Gymnastics Trios delivered standout performances and brought home both gold and silver medals in a remarkable display of teamwork, strength, and artistry at this national-level event.

Taking gold with a stunning routine and a top score of 12.183 were Anastasia, Helena, and Isla. Their performance was full of dynamic movement, sharp precision, and exceptional synchronisation — a well-earned first-place finish that made a huge impact on the judges and the crowd alike.

Hot on their heels were our silver medalists — Matilda, Lili, and Darcey, who impressed with their own powerful routine, earning a brilliant score of 11.800. Their energy, execution, and strong team chemistry made their performance a real highlight of the day.

In the IAC category, we were equally proud to see two of our teams make their competitive debuts — and what a debut it was! These gymnasts rose to the occasion with confidence and determination, showing that they’re definitely ones to watch for the future.

In Level 1, Eden, Esmae, and Esme delivered a strong performance, scoring an impressive 49.000 despite competing one member down due to illness. Their resilience paid off with an 8th place finish out of 14 teams — a fantastic result for their first time on the competition floor.

Meanwhile, in Level 4, Xin, Georgie, and Amelia dazzled with their dynamic routine and clinched the silver medal with a brilliant score of 78.666. Competing for the very first time in an aerobic event, they showcased talent, precision, and huge potential.

To have four of our teams achieve top results — including two podium finishes at National level, a silver medal and strong placement in debut IAC performances — is a huge achievement and a testament to the athletes' hard work, resilience, and passion, as well as the dedication of their coaches and support teams.
