Cheltenham & Gloucester Gymnastics Club returned to the West Country League for the 2nd and final match, held at Penzance Gymnastics Club.
After a (very) long drive, our gymnasts gave it their all and manage to equal their score from Match 1 with a total of 169.10!
Highlights:
Ellie put in a stellar performance coming in 3rd place on Vault. and 2nd place on floor.
CGGC came in first overall on Beam taking 2nd place (Ellie), 4th Place (Olivia) & 6th Place (Mya). It was a crowded field with 23 gymnasts competing!
Across the two WCL competitions, CGGC had the 4th highest score for Zinc rules, with a total of 339.05. There were 13 competing teams from across the South West and beyond so it really is a fantastic achievement.
